Measly snowdrop from the strip of lawn
where the S-weed cowslips return from year to year.
I've never seen snowdrops there before.
No sign of the cowslip rosette yet, this late spring.

that has been there more often than not
in the street at the corner of the Starhouse Block
ever since the beginning of February
