On a well-shaven lawn patch
at the Bus Center
where weeding
and other countermeasures
to suburban biodiversity -
like soil improvement with bark
- have been going on
up until the middle of November
stands one tuft of Cocksfoot
as company for the
single legitimate shrub.
I have seen that grasses
are a trend as ornamentals
but Cocksfoot - I think not.
At least that would be
more unconventional
than anything I've seen so far
on S-weed turf.
