The Ternate-leaved Norwegian
that wasn't a Strawberry
last spring
is one of the frequent gate-crashers
in new plantations around here.

There is also
a single, beheaded plant
in the Scrap Meadow
glimpsed and lost last year
re-discovered this spring
and today visited
though not sampled
- it just sends greetings.
