this summer has been a sunny one
but today felt like the first day of autumn
rain and chilly winds
- let me present the sunflower as a substitute
this is the biggest of the selforganized ones
on my turf
- there are tame sunflowers by the next building
standing tall as sunflowers will
and there have been some sturdy suns
with heavy heads
on the piles of earth
in the next block - off limits
in comparison this is a measly sample
but ones like this
are all that the birds have left
in the mower-proof corners here
