This lower end of the New Lawn has fared ill by the last snows
- the Hawksbeard rosette of January seems not to have made it through the winter.
I collected some dry stalks there
- and STILL do not have my documentarist routines down well enough to always remember
to
take the pictures before I remove the Stuff.
Identification by place: the fullgrown Chenopodia here
(we're not talking Atriplex) were all of the Fig-leaved kind.
