Only two weeks after the unripe raspberries
there was a red one to scan and eat
- too soon again for my S-weeds.
And of course that little patch of raspberries
in the hedge by the parkinglot
was no secret to the kids in the house:
I never saw another ripe raspberry there...
Well, one is quite enough for the scanner.
Today the raspberry gets another turn on the Web
in autumn colors.
There should be identifiable sprigs for a next revisit
some time this winter, when S-weeds grow scarce.
The raspberry does have a knack for infiltrating hedges
although nothing here beats the maple in that genre.
