Willow and Birch
rooted on top of the pedestrian tunnel
a shelf between the street and the air

The Birch: common as ever.
The Willow: a Goat, with mixed pedigree,
might have a Grey Willow somewhere in its ancestry.
But I must name it
to be able to present it
(mustn't I?)
and present it I will:.
it certainly grows in an unwanted, weedy way where it is
