Last year its pale purple flowers
caught my eye in September.
Lost it from sight
when the patch was mown.
Didn't recognize it without flowers.
Didn't look for it
in all the places it showed up this summer.
Most of them mown and weeded,
this one not.
Have kept an eye on it there.
Know it much better now.
