I keep finding new S-weeds
within these few blocks
- ones that are not yet in my Web collection
at the same time as I see the known ones
going through their seasonal changes

not forgetting the grasses
that I see, but have neither time for naming
nor space for displaying

this is, indeed,
a craft of growing things
in cyberspace

  The Vetch: in one of the patches in my block where they have removed an old hedge.

  The Hemp-nettle: in a patch of naked soil, where the lawn was dug up for putting down cables or drainage. I'd like to link it to my false speciosa for comparison.

  The Sorrel: has been waiting for its turn, while others got in the limelight. There's lots of it, in various dry border patches. Around buildings and in hedges. The bright red sample was scanned back in the end of June, lately that color has faded towards the green.
