The sample Mousetail that I scanned barely three weeks ago lives on in an old teacup on my balcony, while the ones remaining "in the wild" in one particular "flowerbed" have been treated like weeds. Suffering as their patch was raked, had the soil loosened and generally spring cleaned... although not targeting the mousetails in particular, so several are still alive in the corners and close to the bushes.

Then, today, I also found some in a different patch. Under the Grimmered road sign opposite the gas station.
