Siberian Squill, Göteborg, May 12th, 2003
The pile of earth where these samples grew
- before the weekend
when I walked a round of the Next Block -
has now been re-absorbed into the landscaping
that will go on for one more summer
and then be finished.
The Squill pops up here and there
in a self-employed manner
single, or in small colonies.
The Aconite much less so:
I hadn't seen it in the "wild" before.
