Oak-leaved Goosefoot, Göteborg, July 8th, 2003

Chenopodium glaucum

The Oak-leaved Goosefoot popping up in yet another place... makes me wonder where the Red Goosefoot has gone this year.

Perhaps to play soccer?

The reconstruction of the Next Block is almost finished. The S-weed flora on the least finished backyard is mostly "the usual suspects": hempnettles, goosefoots, persicarias, mayweed, whatnot. Small bugloss. Opium poppies - I see that I haven't had them up in July, will take a sample next time I see them. Or should I wait and hope that one of the buds will have a chance to bloom...
